Construction of the Counter Narcotics Police Building in Nangarhar Province


This project was funded by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) in September 2003 to build the capacity of the Counter Narcotics Police in Nangarhar. This project was completed at the end of May 2004.
